Tuscan Homestead has two delightful houses for rent in sunny Tuscany, Italy. La Casina is a 400 year old stone farmhouse on a hillside, with its own 25 acres of woods and fields. It has been completely restored with loving detail. The house, which sleeps 6 comfortably, has a living room, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms, a library... and, of course, a pizza oven. Mere steps away is a separate building with another bedroom. The view is spectacular. La Casina is minutes outside a delightful medieval town of 6,000. Within its walls is another house for rent. This one, Il Nido, is 600 years old. Unusual for a house in town, Il Nido has its own garden, hidden from the street by an ancient stone wall. 2 1/2 stories high, this small house contains a living/dining room, kitchen and bathroom on the main floor and double bedroom upstairs.
